Still Together, But… ©

You are in a long-term relationship.

There is no crisis.
Nothing dramatic.
Nothing obviously broken.

But you are no longer willing to slide.

You are deciding whether to revitalise your partnership — or move on.

Who This Is For

For women (not couples) in long-term relationships who are ready to examine what is happening before it becomes irreversible.

This programme is not about fixing “us.”

It is about understanding your relational self.

Your role.
Your patterns.
Your tolerance.
Your desire.

The Work

Still Together, But… is a five-week structured group programme.

Across five live sessions, you return to the most important starting point:

You.

You will examine:

  • Who you have been in this relationship — and who you are now.

  • How emotional closeness functions between you.

  • How you approach difficult conversations without self-sacrifice.

  • What feels meaningful to your current sexual self.

  • What future you are shaping through your present choices.

Each week includes a small, intentional behavioural experiment.

Low-stakes.
Specific.
