Transformational Growth

Transformational Growth emerged from the convergence of our professional work. Our backgrounds in existential psychology, research, addiction recovery, coaching, and relational practice could be integrated into something structured and practical.

Our own lived experience of relationship to self and others also informs the work.

We identified a gap between therapy, academic theory, and coaching. Few structured, research-informed environments existed where relational patterns could be examined clearly and acted upon deliberately.

Transformational Growth was created to address that gap.

The programmes are currently designed for women at relational turning points. This reflects the questions being brought to us and the focus of the work at this stage.

The Founders

We co-created Transformational Growth as a space where research, experience, and real human complexity meet.

I am an integrative counsellor and relational coach, with a BSc (Hons) in Addictions Counselling.

I have worked with individuals, groups, families, and organisations across the United Kingdom, Europe, and Africa. I co-founded an addiction treatment centre in Zimbabwe and continue to support people in recovery, as well as those seeking to move beyond repetitive cycles toward more enriching possibilities.

My work focuses on identity change and relational patterns, particularly the ways women adapt themselves in order to be loved. I support women to examine those patterns and develop relational selves that reflect who they are now.

In Transformational Growth, I bring recovery insight, practical coaching experience, and careful group facilitation to women at moments of relational decision.
