Our 5-week group coaching programme is designed for people who aren't ready to blow everything up, but can't keep pretending everything is fine either.

This isn't therapy or couples work. It isn't about fixing "us."

It's about prioritising yourself - before you disappear completely.

Over five weeks, you'll explore:

  • What love actually means to you, and why
  • How to build genuine intimacy without losing yourself in it
  • The communication patterns that erode connection
  • Your sexual self - understood, not performed
  • What kind of relationship feels true to who you are now

The question this programme asks isn't "should I stay or go?"

It asks:

  • What part of you have you stopped listening to?
  • What would it mean to love without losing yourself?
  • What does a relationship that feels true actually look like for you?

Maybe you'll stay. Maybe you won't. That clarity comes later - and it comes from you.


Is this for you?

This is for you if you're an individual in a long-term relationship who wants more than just coping or coexisting - someone ready for gentle but honest inner work, who wants to reconnect with themselves before making any big decisions.

This isn't the right fit if you're hoping to bring your partner, if you're in a high-conflict or abusive situation, or if what you're really looking for is couples counselling. This work is for you, not your relationship.


How it works

We don't work with everyone - not because we're exclusive, but because this work asks something of you, and we want to make sure the timing is right.

The process is simple, and there's no commitment at any stage.

Step one - fill in a short application

Before we speak, we ask you to complete a short form. It takes around ten minutes and helps us understand where you are and what you're hoping for.

We'll ask about:

  • A little about your situation
  • What has brought you to this point
  • What feels most stuck or unclear
  • What you're hoping this work might change

There are no right or wrong answers — just honesty. Your responses are read before we speak so give some background context to our conversation.

Step two - book your conversation

Once we've received your application, we'll send you a link within 48 hours to book a 30-minute call with Nicky or Mark.

This is where we work out together whether this programme is the right fit — and if so, what starting looks like.

It's a genuine conversation, not a sales call. You'll leave with clarity either way.
